  • Cord/Rope,
  • Pegs and Zip-tie’s
  • Your Name and Order Id on a piece of paper either laminated or within a plastic sheet to attach to your Peg
 

Refund Policy

It is our policy if there is a second wave of pandemic and the government locks down, the Festival will be postponed and we will refund or honour your pass at your choice when the festival proceeds on an alternative date. Note: Tickets are fully transferable. See our Terms of Use for further information.

 

Lay-by option

The Ticket lay-by option is running hot! Purchase your tickets now and we will give you your tickets straight away and give you 4 monthly payments to pay them off.

We are a disability friendly event. We have a designated area including disability friendly facilities and access to performance venues, as well as a reserved camping area with disability friendly hot showers and toilets right near the main entry to the event arena.

Don’t want to pitch a tent? That's okay, we have onsite accommodation available in our “Motown Tent Motels”. Comfortable Bedding, Carpet and Lighting. We can also provide linen.

Purchasing your festival and tent motel tickets at the same time? No problem! As soon as you select your festival tickets, the relevant tent motel ticket options will appear for you.

Already purchased your festival tickets? No problem! Just log into your Members Area and the relevant tent motel ticket options will appear for you.

How to print your E-Tickets

To access, name and download your General Admission/VIP ticket/s, login to your Members Area , then:

  1. Click the “My Orders” Tab in your Members Area
  2. Click the “View Orders” Tab
  3. Click the “Name” button and name each ticket in the name of the person using it to gain entry to the festival
  4. Scroll down and click the “Download All” button OR the “Email PDF Tickets” button to either download or email your PDF E-Tickets
  5. Alternatively, you can also download tickets individually by clicking the “Download” button next to the individual ticket

Please ensure that you print all your E-tickets and bring them with you.
