2 weeks prior to the event, you are able to drop off your caravan and we will look after it for you!

• Cord/Rope, Pegs and Zip-tie's

• Small pegs

• Your name and Order ID on a piece of paper either laminated or within a plastic sheet to attach to your pegs.

• No Star pickets please

Saturday 6th September Pre-Party 2 Week Rope off and/or drop your Van off, stay the night and enjoy 4 bands.
$20 donation to the bands paid on arrival.

We will also have a food van catering the 2 Week Early Pre-Party , Lunch Saturday, Dinner Saturday Night and Breakfast and Coffee Sunday morning.

Yes one person can rope off/reserve camping (caravan / rv incl) areas for the entire group, as long as each person within the group has also purchased an Early Rope off pass. 

The delegated person roping off your area must have a laminated piece of paper with your Order Id and Name to Zip-Tie to your peg.

PLEASE NOTE:
We have restructured the number of early rope off tickets so there will be ample areas to rope off on the dates on your ticket.
We cannot pre rope of for patrons at request.

There is no power at the campsites. No generators are allowed. Please bring your Torches! 

You are permitted to bring your own Gas Cooking Equipment and Lighting. You may not leave unattended. 

Your General Big Weekender and 2 Day Passes include a campsite area of approximately 10m x 8m (38m²).

If you have a larger RV, caravan, or bus, you will need to purchase an Extra Large Campsite Pass for vehicles 12m x 8m or larger.

We are flexible with space, but please ensure you leave enough room for your neighbours to move around comfortably.

It is a cabin style tent, complete with bed/s, carpet, 12v light, roll up windows and an awning. If you require Linen to be supplied, please purchase the additional Bed Linen Package which includes sheets, towels, quilt and pillow/s.

The Motown Tent Motel is an add-on to your Festival Ticket. You can hire a tent for two, three and four nights hire.

There are four different Tent Motel options available. 

• 3 days/nights entertainment (and camping [caravan / rv incl], with access to hot shower and toilet facilities
• Two weeks early access from 6:00am Sat (two weeks before the event) to the festival site for van/tent drop off or rope off.
• One person can rope-off separate areas for an entire group, as long as each person within the group has also purchased a  Big Weekender Pass.
• One night extra camping Saturday to join in the pre-party. $20 contribution to the live bands. BYO drinks and food. Paid at the gate on the arrival
• Extra Nights camping (caravan / rv incl) from Thursday of event week. $20pp, paid at the gate on arrival.
• No tent or van? No worries! Tents available for hire at Mitchell Creeks onsite Motown Tent Motel!

You now have two separate Motown Tent Motel Areas to choose from:

• Downtown Motown Tent Motel's can be located at Area 8 on the Site Map.
• Uptown Motown Tent Motel's can be located at Area 21 on the Site Map.

Camping in Disabled area includes disabled amenities access and power available
Please bring your own 30m extension leads tested and tagged

There are disabled facilities onsite.

Please note: As the festival site is located on a private property, the paths within the site are not sealed paths, rather grass, which have the potential to become a little soft for access to wheel chairs.

There are volunteers available to assist where needed.

Patrons are responsible to ensure any trip fall hazard i.e. creek embankments be roped/barricaded off at their camp areas and or notify the camp wardens if they need assistance if required.

Bring a torch for night time movement in the camp areas.
