Your name and Order ID on a piece of paper either laminated or within a plastic sheet to attach to your pegs.
No Star pickets please
2nd September Pre-Party 2 Week Rope off and/or drop your Van off, stay the night and enjoy 4 bands. $20 donation to the bands paid on arrival.
We will also have a food van catering the 2 Week Early Pre-Party , Lunch Saturday, Dinner Saturday Night and Breakfast and Coffee Sunday morning.

Yes one person can rope off/reserve camping (caravan / rv incl) areas for the entire group, as long as each person within the group has also purchased an Early Rope off pass.
The delegated person roping off your area must have a laminated piece of paper with your Order Id and Name to Zip-Tie to your peg.
There is no power at the campsites. No generators are allowed. Please bring your Torches!
You are permitted to bring your own Gas Cooking Equipment and Lighting. You may not leave unattended.
Your Camp Area should be an average of 6 x 8 = 38 m2 or larger if you have a RV, Caravan or Bus.
We are quite flexible, however do ask you leave a sufficient amount of space to allow your neighbour to move freely.
It is a cabin style tent, complete with bed/s, carpet, 12v light, roll up windows and an awning. If you require Linen to be supplied, please purchase the additional Bed Linen Package which includes sheets, towels, quilt and pillow/s.
The Motown Tent Motel is an add-on to your Festival Ticket. You can hire a tent for two, three and four nights hire.
There are four different Tent Motel options available.
You now have two separate Motown Tent Motel Areas to choose from:
Camping in Disabled area includes disabled amenities access and power available Please bring your own 30m extension leads tested and tagged
There are disabled facilities onsite.
Please note: As the festival site is located on a private property, the paths within the site are not sealed paths, rather grass, which have the potential to become a little soft for access to wheel chairs.
There are volunteers available to assist where needed.
