To make MCRBF a happy and happening thing we have a list of features on site, illustrated above, to help you make the most of the music festival, the front of stage area, the VIP Marquees and the general admission areas.

THE VIP MARQUEES

  • There will be 2 VIP marquees with tables and chairs provided so patrons can pick and choose.
  • Each table has a maximum of 5 people per table.
  • There is 1.5 metre spacing between tables.
  • Seating and table spacing is limited to family/friend groups.
  • family/friend groups up to 10 can be seated together by joining two tables together, there is no time limit on how long you can stay at a table.
  • When a patron group leaves a table the tables and chairs will be cleaned and sterilised for the next group.
  • BYO marquees will not be allocated space that blocks the view of the stage from the VIP marquees.

FRONT OF STAGE

  • We will provide seating in front of the stages with a sharing limit. Patrons can stay in the chairs for up to 1 hour and 50 minutes for 2 shows on both stages over a duration of 2 hours. This way everyone will get a chance to sit in front of stage if they wish.
  • The 10 mins is so event staff can clean and the next patrons can get settled ready for the next show.
  • A picnic blanket and small tarp is also acceptable to pin down to allocated area in front of stage arena

ADDITIONS FOR BETTER SIGHT AND SOUND

  • A big screen will be up in the middle of the 2 stages for better viewing of the stage from the back of the Stage Arena. There will be a bigger sound system to provide great sound across the front of the Stage Arena.

GENERAL ADMISSION AREAS

  • From 8am Friday morning you can bring your own fold-up chairs and eskies and take a spot behind the front-of-stage seated area, social distancing rules apply
  • Patrons will be required to pin with small tent pegs Ribbon Or Rope on the ground in a rectangle with 2 meter spacings between your Family/Friend groups so there will be 2 metre walk ways between every group space for your seats and esky.
  • You must put a name tag on a small sign if you want the same spot all weekend if not please pull up your ribbon and sign so someone else can use the spot.
  • Family/Friend Groups are limited to 10 per space outside only.
  • Patrons must not enter another's space.
  • There will be 2 metre walk ways between every group space, security will be there to assist.

BRING YOUR OWN MARQUEE

  • You are welcome to bring your own Marquees, fold up chairs and eskies and claim a spot around back of the perimeter of the front of the Stage Arena to the back of the VIP marquees. Note: keep 2 metres between groups.

WALK WAYS

  • Walk ways will be down the middle and around the front of the Stage Arena, Food and Arts and Craft Stalls.
